Application for Financial Assistance

When Adrienn was diagnosed, we discovered the impact that treatment for pediatric brain cancer can cause a family emotionally and financially.  Some examples include medical expenses, medications that are not covered by insurance, as well as gas.  Families find that their regular income must be re-allocated to care for their child.  Our goal is to help with everyday household living expenses, and lift some of the financial burden to allow families to focus on the health and happiness of their child. In support of this mission, The Adrienn Kovacs Memorial Foundation provides financial assistance to families, with financial needs resulting from expenses associated with their child’s treatments. We will work with donations received to fill as many applications as possible. All applications received will be reviewed and processed by the board members of the foundation. Upon approval, we will provide grants of $500.00 per family/per year.

This program is currently limited to New Jersey and New York.
